Does anyone know if they explained why Anjali stays in the Raizada house and not with Shyam in his house? And why does Mamiji stay there?

Once again Khushi is a doormat with no self-esteem. All she has to say is "I am calling to say goodbye and I cannot come today as I am out job hunting." Then just don't go. On the other hand, Anjali, Naniji, and Lavanya take Khushi so much for granted. They want her to come and spend time as a friend, and yet they make her do all Naukad work from morning till night and this time without a single paisa. The writers hate women and want women to be portrayed as a doormat with no self-esteem.

I am so frustrated with how the writers painted Khushi's character. Arnav insults her at the Diwali party. He insults her at her own home. He insults her when she enters his home to collect her farewell gifts after she decided to not come. And what does she do? She goes back to him again after saying I won't go back to that house because I don't want to be insulted. What happens when she goes straight to Arnav? He hurts her and insults her.

And why doesn't she leave when Arnav tells her to leave? What does she expect? Another two rounds of humiliation?

Any why does Anjali say the stupidest things and ask the stupidest questions? "Aap ko chhote ko baat se bura laga?" Oh no why would she feel bad when someone drags her like that? She should dance in joy right? Not a single person called out Arnav for humiliating Khushi, except for Nani. Anjali said not a thing to her brother and now she asks Khushi oh are you feeling bad for being humiliated? Leave the poor girl alone. Just for your amusement and entertainment you bring the girl to your house and Arnav and Mamiji continue to humiliate her. Why are these people so cruel to Khushi and most of all why does Khushi keep coming for it, now that she won't even get paid to do anything?

And then when Khushi does say a couple of sentences to Arnav, he goes, "Don't talk to me like that," and manhandles her in public. Khushi says not a single freaking word. She could scream and get people to help her. She could remind him that he doesn't deserve any better tone from her. So many things could have happened, but for the writers it was so important that Khushi is an absolute doormat with no self-esteem.

Why do the writers think that this kind of toxic reddest of red flag masculinity is a picture of an ideal love?
