So excited for the rest of this journey. Each episode keeps getting better and better.
ОтветитьYou guys don’t look like sisters. Look like best friends.
ОтветитьWhen we die we turn into stories...
ОтветитьMan, coming in fast on the channel! So generous! 🎉 I almost wanna take a moment before diving into these episodes alongside! 🎉 Then I recall your perspective will be upfront foremost! 👍 It's the feel of the show itself I pause on! Such a memorable show! 🎉
ОтветитьThat elongated "heeeeeeeeck no" lmao.
ОтветитьToo short
ОтветитьThis show is amazing and I'll enjoy every single episode with you. If you decide to do more of this type, my vote is for Midnight Mass. I love Bly Manor but... Midnight Mass is THE show.
ОтветитьNo spoilers: So far we’ve seen how the two eldest children cope - or avoid coping. See if you can pick up on the rest as you go. Steve seems to distance himself by writing about it and trying to be objective (though he’s also judgmental); Shirley distances herself by “fixing it” (however superficially). We’ve yet to really meet the rest of the Crane family, though we might know a few things about Luke’s and Theo’s coping mechanisms already, but see what you can pick up.
ОтветитьI love how in detail the small things ga are like statues moving or shadows in the background also that if you watch and really look he based each kid off of the five stages of grief
ОтветитьNext episode will be amazing, it's definitely one of my favorites
ОтветитьYou gys definitly should try watching this with dim lights or even in darkness...:p
ОтветитьAre they ahead on patreon?
ОтветитьOne of the best TV series of all time. Glad ya'll getting to it because it's genuinely amazing. Also, I know your Patreon and YT comments have already said this but literally every reference and dialogue matters in this show. Pay attention to everything said, shown, and implied.
It's acary but it's way more tragic and sad. Im so glad ya'll watching it and, funny, it'd a goof time for engagement to "re"-explore this show's "meta". Also, love the reference to the "dogs" which are in the book and are about as relevant.
Dogs? Dogs.
Me: Ya like dags?!
The ghost in the background count is at like 5 or 6 between ep 1 and 2. I watch these while cooking or folding laundry so I may have missed it but I don't think they've noticed any of them yet.
ОтветитьNo spoiler tip:
If no one else has mentioned this: Keep an eye on the background scenes at all times lol 😉
i haven't seen any other reactors pick up on the stages of grief so quickly. amazing reaction.
ОтветитьIs there a chance to get this series more than Friday and Monday? 😢 Mike Flanagans universe awaits lol. To be fair I have only finished this show. Plan on moving onto bly manor soon
ОтветитьThe Siblings can represent the five stages of grief which I think Mike the show creator has confirmed to be a subconscious thing that happend.
Steven is denial
Shirley is anger
Theo is bargaining
Luke is depression
Nell is acceptance.
Can you do 13 reasons why
ОтветитьSo, when Haylo asked Kiss "Am I squeezing your hand too hard?" and Kiss replied "I thought I was squeezing too hard...", then... whos hand were both of you squeezing? O.O
ОтветитьAs a European I find open caskets weird and it creeps me out. I would never want to see my loved one dead.
ОтветитьI love the movie version with Liam Neeson
ОтветитьMike Flanagan is a new master of horror. 🖤 Love all of his works. Particularly Bly Manor and Usher. ❤️🔥 His movies like Doctor Sleep are awesome.
ОтветитьHello! I did a short from this video. Where can I send it to you?
ОтветитьThe good news is this is the weakest episode of the season. The even better news is...there is no bad news.
ОтветитьIn my opinion the reason she wanted to do the embalming work is because she was punishing herself for letting her sister's death happen. The same guilt that makes her lash out.
ОтветитьI have genuinely loved your reaction to the first two episodes, and I cannot wait to stay with you on the rest of this journey. Truly the best one season series I have ever seen.
ОтветитьI am LOVING you guys' reactions to this. You guys pay attention and pick up on things and don't talk through it and get creeped out at the appropriate things. It's so great! Thanks for doing these!
Ответитьyou really should have Train To Busan on your list
ОтветитьThe porchlight on the Forever House at the end was for Nell.
ОтветитьHaylo & Kissさん
Hello! I live in Japan.
Sorry,This is not impression of this viewing.
You always have a very emotional expression on your face.
Although it is a Japanese version a new PV"鬼滅の刃"has been distributed.(24/3/10)
Hi, please for Banshees of Inisherin. One of the best dark comedies ever, with one of the most tragic characters in all of cinema.
ОтветитьI think the simlords every time I find new HoHH reactors 🙌🏻
ОтветитьCan you please watch this Turkish Series (Kurtlar Vadisi Pusu) 💙💙
ОтветитьThis is one of my favorite shows of all time. I watched your first 2 reactions and immediately subscribed. Im really enjoying it so far. Can't wait to see your reactions to all my favorite moments.
ОтветитьYou 2 lovely ladies are kicking ass, I enjoy the hell out of your reactions, regardless of the show. You know how to pick em, and the way you handle yourselves thru-out each episode is a pleasure to watch, keep killing it girls, kudos.
ОтветитьThe scene at the beginning, where you see and hear Shirley explaining to the boy how his grandma is groomed, explains how the whole series works. What we see is scary, but what is behind is beautiful and sad.
When fear dominates you, you miss the logic and beauty behind it.
Awesome reaction. Love your channel.
ОтветитьGhost/demon hounds show up in the folklore in various areas - they are often portrayed as harbingers of death and misfortune, especially if they're black. One example of such an entity is the English Barghest, a black beast with burning eyes who had the ability to turn invisible.
This is one of the episodes that I am not too excited about rewatching. It does flesh out Shirley's character, and I absolutely think that it's an essential part of the series, but it's just an episode that I feel delivered most of what it has on the first watch. Also, the kitty effects were a bit meh, although I think that it's great that Flanagan includes practical effects in his productions. I like how Flanagan reused the light pattern cast by Olivia's sun hat - you can see a similar pattern on her ghostly face in the funeral home. There are many small details in this series, another one being the time shown in Hugh's nightmare during the previous episode - it's the same time both in the dream and on the phone's display after he woke up.
The banging on (or in?) the walls that scared Shirl and Theo actually reminds me a lot of experiences I've had myself in my teens, both on my own and in the company of others. Experiences that convinced me that some so-called paranormal phenomena are very real, and cannot currently be scientifically explained. That doesn't necessarily mean that any "ghosts" were involved, though.
"he's cheatin" ooh the irony lol
ОтветитьWhat aggravates me the most about Shirley is not only how she turned Luke away from Nell's wedding, but how she never even told anyone that he tried to be there, because Theo was like "he missed her wedding, he can't miss her funeral." Think about it...Luke was a week into a drug bender, and yet, Nell was so important to him that he showed up in the right place, at the right time, dressed mostly appropriately, because being there for Nell was that important to him. Yet, all Shirley could see was her own disgust that he was high and she kicks him out and then let's everyone think that Luke was such a junkie f-up that he didn't even bother to show up. That's seriously f-ed up. Especially to let Nell think her twin just didn't show up, because you know that probably hurt her deeply. Nell wouldn't have cared he was high; I mean, she would have cared, but that would've been overshadowed by happiness that despite Luke's troubles, their bond was still solid enough that he was there for her. And Shirley just unilaterally decided no. And think how much damage that must have done to Luke too... because you know he would be depressed that even when he tried to be there for Nell, he ruined that too (b/c Shirley reinforced that idea), so he would be driven even deeper into escaping that hurt with more drugs. Like, my god, Shirley's pigheadedness just magnified trauma for both her siblings, when it didn't have to be that way.
ОтветитьYou guys are, so far, literally the most normal about Shirley i've seen (and i've seen too many reactions to this show lmao)
Most are as uncharitable as can be or barely even pay attention to her as a character at all, including during "her" episode...
This series is very good i watched this series before two time now i saw reaction of this series
ОтветитьJust discovered these videos. Wanted to share that when I was an undertaker I collected my daughter from the hospital mortuary and cared for, encoffined and buried her myself. It gave me an enormous sense of closure.
Ответить"Am I squeezing your hand too hard?" "No, I thought I was squeezing yours." In the context of this particular show, the way y'all love each other so much is just beautiful. I should call my sister. ❤
ОтветитьI'm so glad i found this channel, i also saw you guys did last of us and arcane?!?! I'm in it for the long run! new fan here.
Ответитьafter watching this show 20 plus times , I just now noticed that Theo is reading The Lottery by Shirley Jackson when Nellie asks her to play tea party. I find new stuff all the time
