As great as the workouts are, I know your body is made in the kitchen. Would you consider including some videos on nutrition and your eating plan?

ОтветитьDid a workout yesterday, can't find it now on the net, and I am soooo sore today and just wanted to say thanks (in a good way). You used weights, bench and a resistance band with handles. Looked everywhere. Anyhoo definitely moving slow, but looking forward to doing it again moves were great. Moe (Maureen)

ОтветитьWow what a format you have chosen, really enjoyed from warmup to cool down and somewhere here would mention that you are the first instructor who included warmups and cool down in the same video and this is totally helpful for people that don't have plenty of time to search for starting and finish properly in time . 😊❤
