ОтветитьI find the box breathing more better than the calm breathing exercises, thank you for making this video. I could feel a panic attack on coming but this stopped it. I’ve have been doing these box breathing exercises for a few days and it’s stopped the overthinking a lot and anxiety. I had a panic attack on Wednesday and turned purple, I was trying the calm breathing exercises before that and it wasn’t working but I tried the box breathing for them and it’s worked so far.
ОтветитьThis might just be me but when I do this it doesn't feel calming it is kind of difficult to do for me it so it is a bit stressful maybe I am doing it wrong any advice or tips?
