Kids in rural sometime have to travel dangerous path and great distance by feet (2 hours each way) hence Chinese government setup boarding school so parents dont have to worry while they go to work.

WWII Germany possessed advanced science and technology. They had wonderful towns and cities. Right up to the gates of the concentration camps in the occupied territories.

Chinese government tries to build factories near the villages and trains the villagers with job and language skills to benefit their lives.
