ОтветитьNice video man. I just moved to Vancouver and I agree the diversity and food here is awesome
Ответитьwhy do all of canadas leftist politically support epstein islands political guest list ?
what do they all do to the kids ?
10 years living in this city. I honestly think Vancouver is way overrated and way overpriced. I’m finally leaving with my family this summer. Can’t wait to finally get out of here. Good luck to everybody. Mic drop
ОтветитьBro how are you wearing loafers at Buntzen Lake? 😂😂😂
ОтветитьI'm still going to visit bo matter what, I'm from Ohio USA and I'm generally in love with Canada. I visited Nova Scotia last year and loved all nine days of it.
ОтветитьHi, you did a clear good vlog. BUT Its INSANE to live here, YET many want to (Isnt that an oxymoron?)---basically from what get paid (vs the COST of stuff)....and cuz more come it drives the costs up? blah blah blah, wont even start its like some puzzling /go around matrix --I hate to say it, but shouldn't allow any more people in to stay (especially if they are trying to sneak in)
Ответитьjobs?
ОтветитьI moved to Vancouver from Europe three years ago. It's a nice city but impossibly expensive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Canada, though, so I'm kind of stuck here for now. I might eventually leave Canada altogether.
ОтветитьGreat video, I agree Vancouver is a great place but sooo expensive. Can't get ahead here, but gorgeous place to live.
ОтветитьGreat video about the amazing beautiful city.
ОтветитьSame. I don’t think my future is here in Vancouver and I’ve been here for over 3yrs coming from Toronto. The expensive high cost of living is my breaking point and I’m just waiting for another tipping point for me to leaving Vancouver forever..
ОтветитьVancouver is a beautiful city even the housing price is more important, because a lot of ppl want to move there . This make price higher .
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьI stopped watching the moment you said you are a realtor. lol. Sorry you are part of the problem.
Ответитьhow tall are you bro?
Ответитьis it safe for solo travel Woman on Holiday
ОтветитьReal estate is also a direct and indirect driver of increase other cost of living. E.g. commercial real estate rent increases for businesses are passed down to consumers. Grocers giving exclusive distribution rights from suppliers to be sole customers (cannot sell to competitors) means you pay a premium for exclusivity to prevent competitors from establishing supply chain easily. Gas has increasing carbon tax so you would pay $0.20 to $0.50 additional various taxes per liter of gas. This is supposed to spur less demand for environmental benefits and money raised to subsidize alternatives like Transit working its way into an expected revenue stream for the government budget. If you go to other cities, cost of living is increasing everywhere so relative to US cities, Canada living costs are comparable to mid-tier US city costs. $200 USD hotpot in Seattle at Haidilao would cost $200 CAD in Vancouver at Haidilao. It is relative to salary or wages in Canada the cost of living is considered high. Those who earn USD via remote work or own a small business hiring Canadians and charging USD for US clients are willing to pay the premium of $5000+ a month rent or buy a $2.5-$3 million single-family home and consider it equal or better value given their love of nature compared to living in major global cities. With the diversity of immigrants, Vancouver is one of the few places where you can eat authentic cuisine you otherwise would need to travel to the country to experience. Whether or not one has an undergraduate degree or masters degree, your way of being able to articulate and get across ideas already meets or exceeds that of having a degree.
ОтветитьGreat Video! Vancouver is beautiful but I urge you to travel outside of Canada as much as you can while you are young and are not tied down by major obligations (kids or mortgage). Go out and see what the countries have to offer and also take notice of the things that other countries do well. Enjoy these next 5 years! Canada has become a real estate banana republic which accounts for 16% of our GDP. Taxes and unemployment are also way too high making it tough to raise a family and save enough for retirement.
ОтветитьAmazing video, I am from Portugal and Vancouver is one of my favourity cities in the world. I hope one day i can live there. Big hug from Portugal.
ОтветитьWatching your content, I'd imagine what my son might expect to go through [more or less] if we were to immigrate to vancouver from Malaysia. Thank you for your content. Please continue to produce more useful contents.
