ОтветитьIf you cook 80% of your meals, it's never expensive. But we (including me) are some lazy asses to cook our own meals every day.
ОтветитьWe have the fridge in the house, a fridge in the garage and a freezer in the garage. I do as he suggested. I normally cook up about 5 days worth of meat and sweet potatoes at a time. It definitely works and keeps me from eating garbage meals.

Ответитьhi i eat every day rice and white meat (chicken breast) and people tell me that that is not healthy for me i also eat around 1 scoop of protein powder and some fruits around 1500 calories a day and i m on fat loss journey is it healthy
