I'm really, really afraid people will breed dogs like Peggy. It's not comfortable to have the tongue sticking out and I'm sure she has eating and drinking problems. I looked it up and yes, they have problems eating and drinking and the tongue causes them to become dehydrated, also they can't lick themselves. Very sad.
