I never knew something like this could ever happen until i watched this video.. This video should get circulated as much as possible so that no doctor misses to check the safety checklist before a surgery.. I hope this kind of incident Never happens with anyone.. The film is very nicely directed conveying the message strongly.

Sir ,i very much appreciate the channel and also motivated to write something,in this way i write a dark story named daai,and around 200 peoples liked the story and concept both,so i wanted to make a short movie on the story and i believe the short feature will also be liked by many people,but the problem is that i dont have idea to convert a story or screenplay into a short feature ,so i want u to do this for me ,or at least guide me ,(only if u like my story,),so if u are interested ,i will mail u and if u like it ,then guide me and if u r not then its okay.i believe that u surely like it.

This would have happened to me when I was twelve years old. I was given a wrong dose of anaesthesia due to which my vain got swollen and I was told that In such situations the operation should not be performed. They would still remove my tonsils but the nurses had a fight in the OT and it got delayed. Meanwhile the head doctor came and checked out and told about the vein. The delay created by God saved me.

Human errors are unavoidable. They are doctors not robots or machines. The point that is often forgotten is the situation in which the doctors are present in( the human factor of the issue). Every occupation has these issues from pilots to doctors. FYI this 400 is out of 10 million. Pls do the math 0.004 % .Please they are doctors not machines!!!
