Yesssss! My favorite caucasian cousin is back! 🥰🥰
How do you keep your inner pot gray? Mine has discolored for some reason
I think fresh broccoli can take 15 minutes without becoming mushy
ОтветитьPut it under The Sink. It is good to know that you can put the Knorrs rice in a PC. I called them Knorrs A couple years back to see if the rice can cook in a PC They said No
Ответитьlooks good Lisa. Thank You!!
ОтветитьLove your videos I saved them all
ОтветитьNo preheating nessessery?
ОтветитьWell done Lisa. The rice turned out near perfect. Even with the original ninja foodi I found it's not a genius when trying to incorporate some veggies.
I'd rather have bother than bugger, so I cook the veggies first and keep warm in a thermo dish or on the microwaves keep warm function. Steaming pumpkin and sweet potato will cook in half the time a regular potato does, by cutting larger pieces of the soft veggies and smaller of the hard it does seem to cook more evenly. 👍😀🤤🇦🇺
great job. I love your expressions when tasting. I agree about the vegetables. I usually cook them separately.
ОтветитьLove it! Quick question—on the “old” (just the plain ol’ Foodie), what setting would you use—? There’s air crisp and stream…I definitely want to try this—we love pork chops and also love the Knorr sides—help please!! Thank you!!!
Ответитьmmmmm looks delish!!!!!!
Ответитьa stuffed pork chop sounds really good, I need to watch your videos earlier because watching at 1:41 am means I thinking of food all night. I have some pork rib eyes from Rastelli in my freezer and now I'm thinking going to find those rice packages
ОтветитьJust bought a ninja foody pressure crisp I am following some of your ideas keep up the great work Lisa
ОтветитьI've tried a few of those Knorr side dish thing packets, talk about flavorless bland crapola. How do they sell that garbage? TheReaper!
ОтветитьAwesome, I love these all in one meal deals. I wonder if adding broccoli to the rice would work for your veg? Thanks for sharing another all in one meal recipe!
ОтветитьLisa, that's a nice video. 15 minute dinner in one pot, love it!! Your expressions do not lie. It must be good. I'm sorry I'm behind but I have been extremely busy. Maybe next month I will get myself together. TTYL!
ОтветитьHi Lisa, I love your videos,… you’ve given me so many meal ideas!
When I first got my 15in1 one lid I made packet rice with frozen vegetables with chicken wrapped in bacon, it turned out great, it was delicious and the vegetables weren’t mushy.
I cooked it for 20mins on steam crisp at 390f and the packet rice still came out great, it was just a little on the soft side but still really nice and the vegetables still had some bite to them. I added frozen peas, corn, carrots and green beans directly to the rice mix in the bottom and cooked the chicken wrapped in bacon on the top rack turning once half way through cooking.
I’ve had some really nice pork chops from the foodi as well, but not with the rice,… I may have to try it soon.
Lately, I like doing new potatoes cut in half with 2-3 cups of chicken stock in the bottom. Then I wrap the vegetables in foil with some butter and pepper and place it on the bottom rack and put my protein on the top rack. I had pork chops this way and they were great.
I plan on doing a beef and sausage stew soon based on your beef stew recipe i think it’s gonna turn out nicely.
Thanks again for all the videos and inspiration!
God bless!
I've been very curious about cooking breaded meats with the steam crisp. I'm wondering if the steam makes the breading wet or does it come out crispy?
ОтветитьLove this need more extra
ОтветитьWhy not put the veg in with the rice? I have done this with white basmati, mixed veg and when cooked stirred in a beaten egg whilst still in the hot pot to make egg fried rice. Works a treat.
Ответитьfollowed your recipe. turned out great. thank you 😊
ОтветитьThose chops look heavenly😉😉. I'm wondering how would root vegetables turn out with that steam and bake function🤔🤔
ОтветитьI love your content! Subscribed! Gonna DEF try this one.
ОтветитьI wonder if you could use rice a roni instead of the knorr and would the time be the same?
ОтветитьFirst time viewer and subscriber. I love your presentation!!! Looks delish!!! I’m going to try this today.
👍🏾👍🏾❤️❤️👍🏾👍🏾
I often stir in fresh baby Spinach after the rice is cooked, Love it
The Spinach will cook fairly well. Just not too much, color is great
Thanks for the video, looks good!
ОтветитьYou're an absolute gem. Going to try this ❤️
ОтветитьI’m new to the Steam Crisp function. Do you always use the default temperature at 390? And adjust the time?
Really enjoy your videos.
Hi , thanks for the video. Can you complete the sentence before you were distracted. Pork is not like other meat…………..
You were talking about steam air crisp.
🍻🍻😊😊
Hi Lisa
Firstly, your channel is brilliant. I love it, and you but I got a small criticism. Why do you do that silly onion chopping thing their is no need to cut the onion horizontally to chop it is just a chefy thing. Look at it: What is it achieving the onion is already sliced that way naturally, save yourself some time and forget that bit. Look at it and ask why ?

I use mayonnaise to coat my thick cut pork chops and then coat them in italian bread crumbs the mayo tenderises them they come out so crispy and tender with a fantastic taste and very juicy just a little mayo goes a long way
ОтветитьHi Lisa
I love your videos. You are so honest and down to earth. Have made several recipes from you.
What about putting some broccoli in a foil packet next to the chops (if you have room)?
Ответитьyou can do a veg in a steam bag or foil bag or just in the middle rack.
ОтветитьOven Fry for pork is so much better then shake and bake
ОтветитьYou are such a great real world cook. I love it. I have yet to make a three course steam and crisp meal, but you have embolden me to try. I use Knorrs all the time too. Thanks.
ОтветитьMaybe add the second upper rack and put broccoli there....
ОтветитьI tried it and it turned out just great. It was delicious
ОтветитьNext time microwave your vegetables i prefer them done that way rather than the airfryer then all the dinner is ready at the same time
ОтветитьJust add a veg and have a complete meal! Thanks for watching!
