Yeah the thing is,stand upright is your typical grind game,but its jojo
For some reason though,i kinda have fun while grinding.

I remember in Stand Upright, I got the rarest stand on my first arrow, with a terrible attribute that lowered hp to give a bit more damage

Na you be riding for YBA but hate this so here’s every reason SU:R is objectively better than YBA

Lvl Grinding:
YBAs grinding is the most boring shit ever and takes maximum effort at least in SU:R you can brain dead grind and you spend half the time grinding for lvls in SU than you do in YBA which is literally 90% girding 2.5% SBR 2.5% 1v1s and 5% bosses for casual players.

PVP:
SUs PvP is way more balanced it has so many great stands that can all beat each other plus it’s time stop resistance is actually consistent unlike YBAs which is random. YBA has like 5 OP stands and the rest are shit

PVE:
YBAs PVE is so incredibly inconsistent sometimes an average enemy is stronger than the boss after it sometimes a boss is way harder than the boss after it and the entire game is a cake walk except for diavalo it gos from a 5 to a 9 (relatively speaking) as soon as you hit diavalo. SU on the other hand has bosses than get constantly stronger it doesn’t jump around In difficulty it gets slowly but steadily harder

Specs:
Vampire and boxing are the only good specs in YBA everything else sucks ass but every single spec in SU is extremely useful for different things such as vamp for stats, hamon for damage, and spin for range.

Fanbase:
YBAs fan base consists only of grade schooler losers who get off to rking random newbies it ruins the game for anyone trying or start when a TWOH user randomly walks up and one shots them. On the other hand, SUs fanbase is way nicer it still has rking but there’s an actually sense of community there’s people giving out free items and stands all the time people actually have casual convos rather than screaming at each other for being spammers like the YBA fan base does.

Stand grinding
Honestly no one would bother to play YBA if SU just got rid of attributes they ruin stand grinding but at least SU doesn’t make you use a roka, go to the menu, get at least level 2 worthiness, and stab yourself with an arrow every time to get a stand. Another problem with YBA that SU doesn’t share is that when you want to get mass amounts of items you have so spend hours on end running around the YBA map collecting them while in SU you can just buy mostly anything in bulk without spending every penny you’ve collected.
