Menstrual Cycle Awareness | What is it? How to do it & how to learn more!

Menstrual cycle awareness (MCA) is something I have been doing for a few years now, so I wanted to share this information with you as it has literally changed my life! So what exactly is MCA? How do you go about doing it? and finally how to learn more.
