How to use mic monitoring on the turtle Beach stereo adapter for xbox controller?

Bro thanks so much. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't hear myself anymore. I must have turned it off on accident. Had no clue it could be turned on or off. This works on my old turtle beach switch that looks exactly like this.
