What's getting me is how neither one put any water on their body or mouth and yet went straight to cooking and eating. Absolutely NASTY ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

I was 350 8 weeks ago, stopped drinking beer and cut out carbs and limit myself to 1500 calories a day and started exercising…I’m 290 and still dropping now. A little discipline goes a long way. Keep your head up and put in the work👍
