ОтветитьAs a girl I can’t always lock in obviously because of my monthly and i wish I could and results could come faster but I don’t want to loose my period again it was heartbreaking so ladies don’t make the same mistake as I did by too much exercise (daily full body yeah I was that dumb) instead either work out 3 times a week obviously abs, legs, arms or you can like do what I do because I need the daily exercise for my hormones Monday I do arms Tuesday abs Wednesday legs Thursday a light walk Friday Pilates Saturday longer walk or a quick jog or not at all Sunday rest day so yeah this works for boys as well but this works for me and also when your on your period keep exercise light like walks or just stretching to help with cramps and after your period for bout 5-7 days still take it light cause you’ll probably still feel a little drowsy and usually a couple days before some women can get drowsy to so make sure to keep it light and just listen to your body but don’t be lazy so yeah what are you doing cause I’m just trying to take care of the girls
