Neither. he's not replacing any of the front three at liverpool and utd have rashford. Liverpool should sign a centreback to partner vandijk and a midfielder. Utd need a right winger, centreback and defensive midfielder. This is just nonsense. Out of all the big teams in the premier league only chelsea is a fit for werner. He can play as a left winger centrally. Chelsea need both. So he's gonna start. Also he fits the style of lampard which is similar to leipzig.
