This is a great ab workout developed by a personal trainer. This workout may be quick, but it is also really tough; you definitely feel the burn in your abs. The goal is to alternate between ab crunches and reverse ab crunches with your legs up off the floor at a 90 degree angle. Seems pretty simple, right?

This is when you come to the more difficult part: pyramids! Pyramid workouts are a great way to really target a specific muscle and feel the burn.
