YANA CAVES - One of the largest natural limestone cave formations in the country | Uttara Karnataka

This video was shot in December 2021 during my visit to Karnataka. This is the nearest place of interest from Jog Falls, roughly about 100 km. But the roads are empty, mostly rough patches and would take you some time to reach the caves (approximately 3 hrs). Then the entry to Yana Caves is the toughest part of the whole trek. Almost three km of the path is full of huge stones laid throughout, maybe to make a new road, or to restrict vehicles, god knows why. The caves are indeed special for their natural formation, their size and of course for the mythical reference too which I have mentioned in the video. Do watch till the end.
