Immediately the footsteps sounds in the beginning of the video make no sense. Is she walking on a wooden floorboard ? lol

The whole game could have just taken place inside hogwarts and it still would have felt like a full game. I played without the guide, and I got lost in the castle so many times…really fun

This game not having any online component killed the game a month after release. Game gets boring extremely fast imo.

What PC specs are needed to enjoy these amazing graphics?!

Don't get me wrong. it looks gorgeous. I just wonder why game designers fail to get the foliage/grass right. it always looks like flat polygons, no depth or volume , especially if looking from a close distance.
This, together with the slightly slower animations than real life always make even the best looking games look like...games. These small details make a huge difference, so I hope in the future they focus more on this instead of making everything shiny / ray tracing / blabla.

I have read somewhere that it would cost well over $850,000,000.00 to build Hogwarts in today’s money, structurally speaking. Not counting everything else that is inside.

I'm sorry but that crickity crackity crazy bridge at the start makes me nervous as hell! I know these people are magic and they probably have evil magic spells making it stay up and everything but it looks like it could fall at any second, and why the hell is it so crooked?! You all can do magic but you can't make a bridge straight???

When you realise how much environment detail you’re missing out on playing on the switch 😅

In the sequel, I hope we get Diagon Alley, The Ministry of Magic, Quidditch (in game) and a bunch more towns and villages both magic and muggle to see how the devs handle that little challenge.

Looks gorgeous, but pretty much everything else about the game (from what I can see in this video) is executed so poorly.
-NPCs doing the exact same things over and over again.
-Things appearing or disappearing within the player's POV due to optimization purposes (at least do that outside of the player's POV...).
-Audio playing with same volume and appears to play from same position even though you move around, so like inside the castle you'd hear noise of people talking, but even if you'd put your back up against the wall the voices wouldn't change at all, it would STILL sound like they're coming from behind you.

And many more things that were horribly wrong.
Only the graphic and level designers did a good job, honestly. Everyone else seemed to be lazy.

EDIT: Small thing I remember seeing that was pretty bad graphically was a little pond of water, you'd see small waves in it, so you'd assume that would be caused by the wind, but the grass next to it was completely static...
The fire animations are really horrible too..

The real magic here is the file size and storage of this 2 hour 4K video

Amazing game i can tell yall. It's not as big as the witcher 3,but it is pretty nice. So many secrets and places to visit. Especially when you start to really look for the chests and hidden puzzles in hogwarts. I love it.

I didn’t like the main storyline but I loved the castle, even though it gave me massive anxiety because I kept getting lost. The castle is so big the whole wizard population of the UK could have lived there.
