I have a question, if in case your stop loss was hit, how many times will you enter a trade again on NQ?
For example, if the next three trades all hit your stop losses, do you have a limit and just trade again the next day?

Or if your take profit or trail stop was hit on your first trade, do you still enter another trade within an hour, or you simply call it a day and trade the next day?

Would really love to see a video showing your stop loss was hit, and you entered another trade and win, and call it a day.

Hey Don, Yeah, my 'fun' is now between 5-15 minutes. What works best for me is I need to make the first trade of the day simply a profitable trade. It often settles me down and gets my left and right side of my brain working together 🤣and helps me silence the would'a should'a a could'a.

Hi Don, Any idea why there is INSANE volatility in the NQ currently? I'm down on the 5 second timeframe to be in my Risk/Reward parameters!!

I am a total beginner who is trying to learn by paper trading mes in trading view. Most of the time when I buy or sell, my order goes significantly lower or higher than the current actual price, and i'm instantly down 40-80 dollars. This keeps happening even when market is steady. Is this a bug?

Sometimes I feel that making several short trades is just feeding the fee monster. What’s your opinion?

Hi Don, the ROI, in trading called ROR, “return on risk” is far higher than 15%. The math should be gain/your stop risk of $21. So the true return on risk is about 385% before comms & fees. The margin required does not come into a return calculation, only controls how much position size you can use.

Price normally does not go straight down without retracements inside the candle, so showing this example is just showing luck because price rarely does this. Setting stops to BE is great, but you’ll get stopped out so many times if you trail your stop so tightly as you show here.

Please advise everybody of the fees associated with daytrading the micro eminis on tastytrade so far this year I have a $1000 loss which I don't have a problem with but I have $4000 in fees on top of that for total loss of $5000. not too happy about that Don...

Hello Don, great explanation you do, the stop order function as I know guarantees execution but it doesn't insure the price execution, How exactly can you make sure the 31.00$ profit is locked and secured! , what if the price jump instantly to 20660 it means your order will execute at that price exactly! there's no guarantee you will find someone to fill your order at 20634.00 .

Hi Don, I know you can't give an exact amount, but how much money would I need to deposit to trade just ONE /ES? I checked with thinkorswim and he said $20,700 and I checked with IBKR...and the guy says $282,000!!!! I have to be missing something here. If you can give me a ballpark on tastytrades, that would be SUPER HELPFUL

First order of business, all honesty, you have the best channel for micro futures by far! I have been searching all over the place wondering why my margin, or BP Effect is so high compared to yours. For the S&P and the Nasdaq I’m well into the $1,000 margin for one contract. I know these margins can fluctuate, but this seems way off to what I’ve seen for these micros. Not a problem if that’s just what it is, but am I missing something? Also I just ordered your book, can’t wait to read it!
