How long will this take for me to become faster? For instance i do this everyday in the morning about how mutch weeks or months dose it take to actualy effect my speed ?

Some workout is like sus😮‍💨but not bad I got sukan like running race in my at 2024 I follow this method for 3 months let see the result and after I do this my leg like want to run now that's good exercise

I did this workout without breaks after doing his stamina improvement exercises for a week! These exercises become so easy after you do his stamina exercises atleast for 2 weeks
