4.2 ZMA 2023-08 A public hearing for consideration on a request to rezone a 72.75-acre property from A-2 to R1-15, and R-3. The development is known as Navy Meadows, located at 4000 West 3300 South. Planner: Felix Lleverino

4.3 ZTA 2023-06 - Public Hearing – Discussion and possible action on amending the Weber County Land Use Code Section 106-4-2.080 – Street Trees, modifying the requirement for street trees in the public right=of-way and creating new requirements for their installation and maintenance.
