Wow ! That is much more silent than the ordinary blades.
ОтветитьCan't believe the reduction in decibels, definitely worth a look into 👍
ОтветитьI will get on it. Thanks a lot.
ОтветитьLove the smirk! 👍🤣 so pleased with ones self... and so you should be 😂😊
ОтветитьThey should make one for the Triton surface planer too
ОтветитьVery much quieter, impressive, mine is still under warranty so not messing with it ……. yet 😁
ОтветитьHi Dean, hope your well, good demonstration on your Triton thicknesser with the new blades A lot quieter as your passing the wood though. I bet your pleased with the out come why get a new thicknesser when you have a good one there. As always a great video catch you soon take care
ОтветитьI watched the other first.
ОтветитьIt's a pity they don't do one to fit the various 260 (Record, Metabo, Scheppach, Jet, Ekectra Beckum - all much the same) planer thicknessers.
ОтветитьHi Dean, interesting video, would love to see how it copes with a wider section of wood, I was planing some 9" wide softwood the other day and my triton was really struggling even with a light cut, was wondering if this may solve my problems...
I also noticed your affiliate link does not apply a discount?
Really useful video. Thanks. I’ll get me one of these 😊
ОтветитьThat's a good price for a helical head with 40 cutters, and I find a lot less tearout after planing with my jet helical.each cutter is supposed to last around 10 times as long as a regular steel blade, best of all there's no faffing around adjusting the blades.much cheaper in the long run . Worth the upgrade definitely, cheers
ОтветитьThat looks like a great upgrade, now to ask them if they can make one for an ancient Kity 636 😂
ОтветитьWhy is my answer here always deleted?
ОтветитьUse promo ROUTERBIT to order this head
ОтветитьHi Dean, Thanks for a great video, I immediately ordered one via your link😊
I wrote to them suggestibg they should make a version for the Triton TSPL152 jointer/planer. They wanted me to send the cutter unit from my TSPL152. I do not want to do that so maybee you can suggest this to them as I think there are many TSPL152s out there.
Best wishes from Denmark
Definitely going to check it out, my DeWalt planer makes a helluva racket and to be honest, the blades have seen better days anyways.
ОтветитьThank you so much, Dean! very honest and informative review!
ОтветитьDo you do plans especially for your Christmas trees. Ian
