Dealing With Support People Sucks!

So this doesn't usually apply to me much anymore since most things you can figure out yourself with a bit of Googling. But every now and then there's something technical that physically can't do yourself, so you need to contact a support person. If it's urgent, then talking to someone is usually the only option. And they talk to you like you're a retard, because obviously you are if you're calling for help, right?
