Using the spaced out markers/ cones now practice the weight of pass v your speed of run.
Dribble up to the first cone, turn and pass back to the start. You used run one side of the cones, matching the pace of pass. Turn and dribble back to the second, repeat the pass back matching the run to the pace of pass. Repeat onto the 3rd then 4th, each time weighting the pass to hit the start as you sprint back to meet the ball.
