Polo GTi
ОтветитьI had a 2018 model and loved it, would buy one again.
Ответитьthose cars are more fun in manual
Ответитьyep the new gen swift is not a looker...
ОтветитьThe new swift has nothing to do with the current swift sport version
ОтветитьWe bought a manual at $29,990 in 2021. Nothing else japanese built and sporty around that price.
ОтветитьAs it only weights 970kg i think its closer to the original hot hatch recipe.
ОтветитьAt that price I think a second hand low km i20N or Fiesta ST would be a much better option.
ОтветитьI've had this model (a manual one) since it came out in 2018. I drove the new one a couple of weeks ago and can honestly say the new one drives just as well as this Sport, it's just obviously slower.
ОтветитьStopped watching as soon as you showed the price HAHAHAH they are crazy!!!!
ОтветитьIf Suzuki have brought out a newer swift model shouldn't the current models be cheaper than the new ones? Generally that was my understanding of a new model being released! I'm confused as to why Suzuki wouldn't drop the prices on the current ones to get rid of "old" stock.
ОтветитьIm experiencing the same thing with my kia picanto 2024 doors.
ОтветитьWe got the 2022 Vitara Allgrip turbo same engine love putting into sport mode lots of get up and go! fun to drive!
ОтветитьManual only available in base. Takes away the whole purpose of a city car. Aussie gen z wouldn't know how to drive one. So sad. Auto is crap
ОтветитьTaking votes, the. Biggest rip off car under $50k. Suzuki x Cross for me.
ОтветитьRecently got myself one of these in black with gold badges and dark window tint for my birthday and personally I have to say its great. I was lucky with mine where they replaced the crap infotainment system with a phillips unit out of the factory and I got mine shipped over from Japan and had to wait about 5 weeks. It doesn't seem to have native sat nav out of the box with it but everything else is miles better than the regular unit and I just use Android Auto anyway.
My only complaints so far after about 700km is the road noise at times and personally I wish the exhaust note was better. Thankfully thats easily fixed with aftermarket solutions which I plan to do down the line.
My favorite parts about it is most of everything else and personally I quite like driving experience in corners, cities and highways and especially off the line. Its quite quick and because its a Swift cops don't really look twice at it.
My plans are most likely a tune of some variety, Exhaust and maybe wheels? Not to sure on that as the factory wheels I'm starting to like more as time goes on.
I bought a year old ex-demo manual in red, 4 years ago. It still brings a smile to my face every time I drive it. Are there better cars? More plush? Quieter? Sure. But for all everyone complains about the price, there’s not another new car out there for the same money that can match it for driving dynamics.
Ответить3 star safety 😂😂😂
ОтветитьThis is the 2022 model
ОтветитьSuzuki swift sports 🎉🎉😂
ОтветитьDon't they only have a 3 star Euro NCAP safety rating? Not sure why any new car would only get 3 stars and why Suzuki would choose to build to this low sub standard.
ОтветитьWhy to people give a crap in reviews about LEDs Isn’t that like saying hey look it has airconditioning in 2024?
Ответитьi will pick cerato GT
Ответитьi20N is a real hot hatch. Suzuki is past it.
ОтветитьThe older polo 1.0tsi will eat that swift and its not even a gti
ОтветитьHave it from 2019 an still love it!
ОтветитьLast of the affordable warm hatch
ОтветитьSwift are the most reliable n fun to drive car. Japanese car are well known for good quality and the spare parts are affordable too as compared to VW Polo, unreliable n expensive spare parts.
ОтветитьTry dropping the window think it's the slight overpressure in the cabin as the door closes, I took ours in for that issue and that was the explanation.
Ответить5 star ancap
ОтветитьI've got the 6 speed manual, perfect for the Adelaide hills. It's like hooning around in a go kart that's still very comfortable in traffic.
ОтветитьHad a few swift sports in my time and having an auto is sacrilegious…if you’re gonna get one it has to be manual
ОтветитьAs a Swift Sport owner since early 2018, in Champion Yellow of course. I totally agree, go out and buy one! Chuck on some wheels and quality tyres, an HKS Cat Back exhaust and enjoy!!!
ОтветитьI really enjoyed driving the manual. It's super forgiving and even more fun to drive than the auto.
ОтветитьThe hybrid base model manual with after market alloys is $25500 v $33,000 for the sport. A full size tyre does fit if you use a foam insert to raise the boot liner. The kia cerato was a horrid dog. The mazda 2 is 15 years old and drives very badly. Mg3 has all the tech gadgets but....its another singer sewing machine cvt that is aweful
Ответитьnice review, I have both auto & manual 😁
ОтветитьI'm still bitter that they moved the rear door handles from hidden to the typical location. The previous gen swifts look much much better!
ОтветитьDon't lie. You were listening to Backstreet Boys. 😂
ОтветитьIn South Africa the cost of new Swift Sport is R460k at least.
Auzzie $ 35k * 12 (currency conversion) comes to R420k
Yall got it cheaper, perhaps import taxes, transport costs etc
You can have for under 30k brand new for a 2023 plates or can go lower if push more lower
ОтветитьWhy would you want the Auto if it's what you're saying...that always beats me.
ОтветитьMannnn..... I have a Stage 2 Tuned (approx. 420hp) BMW M340i xDrive, it goes so good...... but I am still sooooo tempted to sell it to get one of these in a Manual!!! Lowered with some gorgeous Japanese Spec (probably Advan wheels) and a couple of power mods, would just be the chef's kiss. Cheers Don, Perth WA (Dons Shed and Xplor Overland)
ОтветитьWho is the best between seat Ibiza 1.5 tsi 150 CH and Suzuki swift sport
ОтветитьI have had my ZC33S Swift Sport for nearly 2 years and over 10k kms. Road noise has never been an issue. Here is South Africa we get Yokahama tires are standard, so I guess it could be your Continental tires making all the noise.
ОтветитьGreat review..
Stage 1 kit on these are amazing..
My mates pumps out 140kw and 320nm torque..
Pulls under 6 seconds..
Stock turbo all ECU mapping
I bought a 2024 sport manual transmission, I now I wish I hadn't. At first I thought it was just me but it turned out to be one of the worst manual gearboxes ever. It's incredibly notchy, no Rav matching either and there's a noticeable drop in idle whenever you change gears or let go of an accelerator which causes a jiggle effect. To shift into second gear from first requires effort, utter focus and caution as it's highly unpredictable. It's super notchy between first and second. The gearbox takes a while to warm up and only then does gear shifting improve but only slightly. It's honestly a shit gearbox. Engine, handling and everything else is great but the manual gearbox is horrible, worst design ever. To think they've had decades to improve it yet it's still shit. I feel like I've wasted $32,000.00 cause it pisses me off every time I drive it, especially on the cold mornings.
Disappointment to the max.
My little Suzi .. the non hybrid model Zc33s , gives smiles and miles . 5 years now .. some SC XA coilovers install , some weight reduction 🙈🙉🙊, a full tank of 100 octane gas and every day is a new time lap. Just Great
ОтветитьI'm torn between ablaze red and metallic gray. Personally, which color do you prefer or which color looks better on the new design? These are the only (usual) available colors in the Philippines.
