RCR disclosed on Sept 19, 2024, re: property for share swap with RLC various assets worth P33.9B and RCR will issue close to 5B primary shares (P6.80/share). What is your view on the additional shares and the effect on possible dilution to existing share holders? Does the P5.45 below price still hold with the increase in the outstanding shares? I understand that in the long-term, the properties infused in RCR will be accretive because of higher dividend payout. Thank you!
