The post-op transgender is not the "new" assigned gender, that person is now NEUTERED, unable to reproduce due to having had sexual organs surgically removed and destroyed. And then after being cut up like a jigsaw puzzle, and reassembled in the WRONG order, you may be able to do SOMETHING with what you end up with and if you're lucky may even have some sensation and ability to enjoy rubbing it against another person's body parts, in no way shape or form is this VICTIM of GASLIGHTING and MUTILATION actually functional in the new gender. The proper answer is not to accomodate feelings of a person being the "wrong" gender with hormonal and surgical treatments, it would instead be to subject them to intensive education and psychotherapy and perhaps some hormonal adjustments through better chemistry, to eliminate such erroneous feelings and embrace the only real gender they will ever have, which they were born with.
