I've made a harvest salad for Thanksgiving before (it's actually great if you have to bring a dish), but it won't be with the meal this year. I prefer it Thanksgiving night if we get hungry or to go with turkey sandwiches the next day.

This is more appealing than cranberry sauce/salad❤

Lovely salad, Kaleb. Fancy enough for Thanksgiving or a pot luck, but easy enough to whip up on a weeknight. And you could substitute walnuts or roasted squash if that's what you have handy. Happy Thanksgiving!

Good salad

Olive oil, sure, but really, try hazelnut oil. It’s a bit expensive but you can mix with any vegetable oil if you want. Hazelnut oil and apple cider vinegar is a match made in heaven 😊

Sounds good but I can't have nuts.

I buy frozen sweet potatoes that are peeled and cubed. I roast them with onion chunks and pineapple chunks—both EASY and delicious! And goes with everything!
