In order to PROPERLY run your coaching business, regardless if you run an online fitness business, sales coaching business or any other high-ticket coaching business...you NEED to have your sales process and sales script dialed in.
Symptoms you have a poor sales process:
Can't get high ticket coaching clients to close
Stuck closing small deal sizes
When deals close it's usually on bad terms
If you're noticing that any of these are a common trend, here's what you can do to fix it...
1. Run a proper disco phase of your sales call with prospects
If you are asking the correct questions in the correct order, you get your future client to "spill their guts" out to you in order for you to adequately gauge the severity of their pain points.
2. Properly outline your unique method & vehicle for getting results
Make sure the prospect understands and can vocalize why your way of doing things is better than market competitors, then run the future coaching client through the exact step-by-step meta of how you get them results.
3. Handle objections before the pitch
I still to this day have never heard anyone else talk about how objection is actually completely unnecessary in the first place - so we just fixed it.
You need to de-fang and iron out every possible objection before the price drop...if you don't, you will not be acquiring a new coaching client during that call.
Implement, iterate & COP THOSE PIFS
If you run a coaching program - you should be relentlessly acquiring clients...
Right now, the entire market is SUPER EFFICIENT because of the kinda economic downturn that's happening
Meaning - Everyone is looking to level up...
