How do you get det manual pump mode to pump for longer than 3 minutes?

Dear sir I want to know about Reset this machine .
We have a batching plant where we used this machine when it's not working then we check it and we find that SMPS was not working so we replaced it but this machine is not working properly some few seconds it's working and after that it's showing block and all three LED lights are blinking continue
So we want to know that is automation card ok or not ok🙏
