Installing Solid Wood Doors and Trims Made From Lumber

Last winter, Lewis built some solid wood swing doors, bifold doors, and a barn door from Douglas Fir and Whitewood/Pine shelving and they were all sealed with Varathane. (1100 Satin finish.) In this video, he attaches the hinges and hangs them in the home built door frames, and shows some of the hardware for the sliding barn door style closets.

He also made some baseboards, window sills, and casings for doors and windows using standard lumber that was run through a planer. We are going for a "Cabin in the Woods" look, and he doesn't want to use any MDF.
