Great workout today. I liked the combination of workout with the ring and dumbbells. Those wall exercises were a real burner. This workout made me sweat a lot. Really liked this circuit. Thanks Karen.

Hi Karen Do you have any recommendations for another pilates ring? The one on Amazon is out of stock. I tried to find it on the manufacturer website and it looks like is not for sale anymore
