ОтветитьComing off of knee arthroscopy on both knees from meniscus tears (in both cases, they removed the torn part), I have weakness at the joint and some swelling. Is it ok to try this?

In physio now, docsaid I can return to my activities. I'm sketched on doing squats or lunges yet, based on my reading. Ofc theyre my fave exercises.
During my exams, physio says I dont show swelling or issue beyond stability and balance in R knee, plus tight hams. But that I "might have a meniscus tear" ???
I'm not sure what leg exercises I should do :/

ОтветитьI struggled with the hamstring pivoting deadlifts.
Trying to keep my main leg straight to get hamstring engagement but pivoting over would put me off balance or i wouldnt feel any activation.
Not sure what i wasnt quite doing but after about 10 attempts bother sides I gave up on that one
Hi, great video, feel strength coming after just a couple of weeks. Question: doe it matter if you can't get your feet together or bend knee directly over foot due to being knocked kneed? Thanks

ОтветитьHey, I was wondering if maybe you might have some solutions for me or can point me in the right direction? About 10 years ago I injured something in the perineum after getting up off of the wrestling mat. That night I lost almost all sensation in my nips and my genitals, and the ext morning I had pain in my feet, and on the inside of my right knee. A few days later, L5, S1 disc shot out. I ended up having my spine fuse, which was incredibly stupid. Anyway… I still don’t have much sensation in my genitals and my feet hurt. It seems like working my core and deep breathing exercises helps. Anyway… Maybe you know someone who understands this problem, or maybe you can help me? Thank you so much.

ОтветитьKnees are getting better! Videos are making me long and stretchy, not that, head out of gutter! 😂. I noticed when I sit down with butt on ankle that my behind the knees has discomfort, I don’t have baker cyst. Is that a tight hamstring or adductor? The discomfort is on the posterior of the inside, above the knees.

ОтветитьHey Tom just did the video! Soo good and harder than expected. Question around the lunges. I am good for the diagonal and out to the side but slight pain when going straight back. Should I decrease the range I go to? Also how often would you suggest doing this daily? Every other day? Been dealing with knee pain for 3 years and only making small improvements help!
