ОтветитьCan you make video about how to recognize what is really toxicity of other people and what is only our projection? I have often hard time to recognize if someone is really toxic or it's only my victimizing and they are acting totally normal.
Ответитьdej tko izobrazi se na teme o katerih govoriš
ОтветитьOmg!🤩✨
You’re so pretty!
Just realized that I'm making myself victim lots of times. Great prompts and really helpful video.:)
ОтветитьSuch a good video ❤!
ОтветитьGreat video! I don’t think it’s helpful to tell people to continue living their life with a victim mentality, if it’s benefiting them, after you explain why it’s a bad thing and that it is changeable. People do need to be held accountable for their life and how they treat others.
Ответитьextremely helpful! Thanks for your words and work. Really appreciate it <3
ОтветитьThank you for your videos! I’m starting to work on myself and my fears and your view on things helps a lot. Could you do a video about processing your negative experiences in general? I feel like I’m always just trying to push them away in my head
ОтветитьLove these journaling prompts!
ОтветитьI feel like I just got a free therapy session, thanks for making this ❤️
Ответить😺
ОтветитьVery informative video hope this will help me!
Ответитьyes youre very annoying
ОтветитьEs tan bonita que parece generada por inteligencia artificial
ОтветитьBrillant video ❤❤❤ ! You are so wise! ❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьVery helpful ❤
ОтветитьHey Nika, I had to stop this video halfway and tell you something. I don’t know how and why your videos started appearing in my feed, because I don’t normally watch this kind stuff. I usually watch nerdy things. This is the fourth video by you and I wanted to say you are doing great. I am happy with my time well spent.
ОтветитьCould you expand on taking your life in your own hands? Perhaps a video on it?
ОтветитьGreat video Nika ❤
Ответитьthat was very very helpful please keep doing videos like these please
ОтветитьI'd really love a podcast from you ❤
Ответитьi actually sat and journalled and did all of the exercises you gave us in the video, and let me tell you, it was EYE-OPENING. i've been binging your videos recently, and they've felt so so good to watch, because i don't only feel called out (in the nicest way haha) but also learn how to deal with it, and learn and grow from it, and it feels so freeing to start developing and working towards being the kind of person i want to be. thank you for the time and effort you put into your videos Nika, they're a god send <3
ОтветитьHey therapist ❤
Ответитьawesome video, really hepful
ОтветитьYour advice is so practical and useful. Thanks a lot!! You are a star❤
Ответитьthis made me realized a lotttt of things
ОтветитьThis is truly such a good video! I've watched this and the one about confidence so far, but I plan to watch all your recent videos because damn, you hit the nail every time! Keep up the amazing work Nika <3
ОтветитьThis was such a great video! I love how effectively you acknowledged and held space for big feelings of shame and disgust and discomfort while also consistently holding this empowering, elevating presence and forward-focused energy. It's awesome how you used these prompts too - I think they could have really come off with that toxic positivity sort of pushy "just get over it" dude-with-a-podcast vibe you mentioned in the beginning, but they way you presented them and encouraged taking time to really feel and do each step when you're ready for it, rather than rushing to just feel better right now, ASAP, and plow through it all was brilliantly done. You're an artist! 💛
ОтветитьSuch an eye opening video! Thank you!!!! Definitely helped me with my self awareness and application 😮 subscribed!! 👏🏽
ОтветитьGirl… I love you 😭❤
ОтветитьThank you, im also sick of men just telling people who have genuinely been hurt to just "suck it up and move on"
ОтветитьThank you ❤
ОтветитьI'm watching this video a few months late and it accurately describes my own journey when my fiance left me without a word last spring a few months before the wedding. What I did wrong and that I will never find a man again were my daily thoughts. And actually, at that moment, the most painful and at the same time the most effective thing to make it all pass is time. Yes, time. And also not to get stuck in one place.
ОтветитьThis is super insightful, thank you!
ОтветитьThank you🩵
Ответитьwow. this is amazing. thank you Nika.
ОтветитьThere are alot of reasons to stay in victimhood
People pity you and don't call you out on your bad behavior
You can shirk your responsibilities and maturity bc you tell everyone that your too broken to change
Lol
Whatever
People don't understand that pity isn't love
When you pity someone then you have no respect for them
Love is based on respect
please don't use the Lord's name in vain.😢
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful video. Free therapy for us!
ОтветитьCan you make a video about how to stop being hyperaware around others..I literally always think that should I say this?should I do this?would I annoy this person??if they get annoyed I might end up alone..
ОтветитьFirst video on the subject that I find really helpful
ОтветитьOne of the best videos on the internet Nika. Thank You
