Hi..thanks for this great video. In this, you uploaded the creative and set up the ad, is it can be done from the advertiser side, DV360 lets the advertiser create the ads, and based on the order publisher only need to display it right?

I want answer of my question....
I got Google AdSense approval, that time I created different ad units. After that I jump into Google manager 360. It also creating and units.
My question is that,
1. should I replace the ad code of Google manager 360 with Google AdSense Ad units code or place it with there existing code?
2. How we get payment?

i sign up in Google Ad manager but they don't reply about apporval
