Worst online shopping experience

Ordered 4 dresses from Fashor application

Received 3 dresses
Couldn't receive 1 dress which was returned to Fashor on 26/10/2024... but no refund provided for the same saying parcel has not reached yet but if i haven't received it... i should get the refund

But out of 3 dresses received only 1 has  seal tag available 

Rest 2 dresses are without plastic seal tag


All the dresses have price tags intact


Regarding quality.... product fabric as mentioned was muslin silk.... but product received shows 100% viscose


While ordering it showed return and exchange available...  but now it shows that your pin code in not serviceable

Order placed on 19/10/2024
Order received on 22/10/2024
Complain registered on 23/10/2024 via customer service executive call and also via email with images

On 23/10/2024.. they promised return pick up within 1 to 3 days via email
But no return pick up till date 28/10
No solution via call or email

Now they are asking me to send the products via courier to their warehouse which is a place other than the address given on their site
Should I courier it ?
