Hope everything goes well I know what it feels like to get acid reflux and it is not nice here's a tip when you feel it drink lots of milk the milk counteracts the acid

I also have acid reflux.
My doctor recomended me to avoid dairy products like cheese milk and yogurt.
Also, to avoid beans.
I have done that and I am a lot better now.
Later I asked the same thing to a doctor who is an specialist in nutrition.
He recomended me to drink oreganum tea after every single meal.
I have done that also, and acid reflux is a memory of the past.

Please listen to me, have discipline and enjoy a good life.
