BBQ Brian of House of Q shows in this video the three simple steps to create grilled venison enchiladas. First is to prepare, cook and get the filling ready followed by making the sauce by modifying a jar of House of Q Rock'n Red BBQ Sauce. The last step is rolling the tortilla's and baking in cast iron pan over charcoal.
