Lead white is not allowed common products at least few years ago in European Union your need proof your are artist get oil paint made with it and i also selled i understand only use of restoration. and is only source for it. and cadmiums what i understand in european products are from what is not so dangerous handle. and some pigments we not even not know issues yet. i mean health issues only now.

Are plane papers good for oil pastels 🤔?

This was a short and to the point guide. It seems like many techniques can be use with this medium. And it looks relatively cheap to get started.

Does it matter what type of paper I use with oil pastels? Could I use my regular sketch/drawing paper?
