When I was in Jr. High, our science teacher told us that different ethnicities each have a unique smell. She told us that as a white, when I have B. O., it's really foul to Asians. Just as Blacks B. O. is very foul to whites.

After all these years, I still remember it... And it seems to be true. But is there any scientific truth to this? TIA

Listen I'm still shocked that some people don't wash their feet and butt ESPECIALLY with different scrubs mean while if I don't shower at least twice a day I feel disgusting my family was like you smell great you don't need a second shower umm no.. but I've also been really sick and couldn't even get out of bed and smelled off so I get the giving others a little grace

Lmao do you really call these people doctors while they barely know basic of the literature, they should have better stayed on the skin and not try to go into the body. Detox is mostly from the liver and the kidneys they said ? AHAHAHAHAHAHA there is indeed much detox from there but the dominant and one taking majority is obviously the lungs, it is not primarily through water but through air that your body detox
As for the aluminium argument it is even more hilarious, witnessing their ignorance about the countless studies that shows up simply with the keyword aluminium: especially that they do show a causality with brain related issues and a to-be deepened cancerigenic effect (breast cancer is far from being the only type of cancer). It probably means that the product they sell/recommend are themselves aluminium fuelled (thanks revenue)

Deodorants don't just mask your smell. Deodorants also kill bacteria to reduce the smell.

So why do people sweat when they are coming off of some drugs, illegal substances and pharmaceutical products? I always thought that was a way your body helps eliminate the drugs in your system. I’ve read studies that show spending time in a sauna can help eliminate the amount of medications and drugs in your systems.

Lack of any evidence doesn't mean we have evidence it doesn't cause cancer. "We have no studies that show aluminum causes cancer". So basically science (evidence) is limited on this area.

So it begs the question, why do we have more bacteria on our chest then in other areas? If the whole smell is just from bacteria

Wow, watching how the puddles of sweat just dried up within 48 hours was so satisfying, I used what I read about the other day. Although it actually took about 72 hours for my sweating to normalize, I went ahead and go'ogled Cynthia Yulesin’s Stop Sweating Today and I don’t have to change clothes 2 times a day.

Better clothing choices could help. Some fiber blends carry away moisture better, leaving less "food" for bacteria. Good socks and the right socks can improve foot odor considerably. Boot dryers for people who have to wear protective shoes all day and also work in wet conditions. Forced air is pushed into the boots that hang upside down, dry them great. You can make a cheap version with plastic pipes and put it over a forced air duct. Don't coop your shoes up in a closet all night with no air flow. And generally most light body odor isn't so bad, we give off pheromones that identify us. It's why people are attracted to each other, nature provides this natural attractant that blends with our perfumes, cologne and other products that make everyone a special smell. I've never had a long-term relationship with someone I didn't like their smell, even when workout stinky. I still kinda like it. Food you eat and medicine you take can change your smell. You and your significant may have an adjustment period. Sometimes taking certain meds at different times of day can help. Garlic and onions are good, but maybe not on a special night...😉

You can tell she knows she’s towing the big Pharma chemical narrative on aluminum & “currently no data”! That’s complete BS!!! I had consider them trustworthy & credible but if their willing to support & repeat that pure protective legal nonsense that avoids confirming while also avoiding to say it isn’t because they know it is & don’t want to later be held accountable when it’s found they knew all along.

Please acknowledge that what you perceive as a body odour problem, could also be a problem of the clothes and the washing machine. Especially if all (your) washes are done at 30 degrees and if you never run a drum cleaning cycle, bacteria can build up in your washing machine and your clothes can come out with more bacteria than they should have. You can test this by pouring water over the armpits of your child's (or the person's) clean shirt and then smell the shirt. Solution is to improve the hygiene of your washing machine, not force anti transpirants upon all family members. Thank you.

And if their genetailia smells on the inside, that is a sign of vaginal issues. Cornstarch works as long as you shower, don't smoke, booze it a lot, especially eating meat makes people skunky.

Four questions about this otherwise excellent video: 1. Why have meaningless music behind the entire presentation? 2. When demonstrating the use of under-arm deodorants, why show models who have removed their natural hair? If natural body hair contributes to body odour in a negative way, why not discuss it? 3. What about garlic? 4. What about cigarette smoking?R (Australia)
