The 2nd feature of life stealer is not that bad, warlocks have mastery by themselves so mimicking the graze property is nice
I agree that healing by 1d8+ charisma is pretty weak
Hex should absolutely NOT require concentration beyond a certain point. Unbreakable Hex/Hunter's Mark is part of the problem with these subclasses. So many Concentration spells are disallowed if we want our best features to function. That is counterintuitive game design, and its why so many people homebrew the new ranger. If this is printed as is, Hexblade will be the laughing stock of Dnd 2024. Its blatantly apparent that WOTC doesn't seem to care as much about player feedback as one would hope, and if they have any sense left, they'll fix both Hexblade and Ranger before its too late.
