Not very Filipina . Plenty of time to hang with gringos in countries that don't speak english , in near future . Finding your roots as a rich American, or normal Filipina ? Glad you left that mundane depressing life you had . I don't see much inter-action with locals , that I like , so...I'm gone .

Very sketchy and be careful. Dont leave valusbles unattended on beaches or anywhere. You’re better off having a water proof fanny pack.

That scooter key situation appeared a little bit sketchy. I don't know the whole story, but seems like the intention was to shake down tourist for $. Hopefully I'm wrong.

For me this is sensory overload due to the crowds and warm weather.

I've been a surfer since I was 5. I've surfed all my life, and taught many people to surf. You did an amazing job if this is your first ever time surfing. You've got some natural skill for surfing and your instructor must've given you some great advice and confidence 😊

The mention of a tuk-tuk reminded me of something I think you'd appreciate. There are some really cool tuk-tuk camper conversions. If you search Naveen Rabelli solar tuk-tuk you'll find some pics. A bit smaller than black beauty, but still really cool that he managed to live out of it driving from India to London in a solar powered tuk-tuk 😊
