I love Tracy York from the "Fitness Pros" on ESPN Fitness back in the 90's. She is PROOF that exercise WORKS. I have a lot of those segments I recorded back then but don't know how to share with yall.  Loved CRUNCH FITNESS!!!

Oh my goodness! I lost over 30 pounds in 2000 doing this workout in a matter of a couple of months.
I'm glad I found it 22 years later. Let's go!!!!
