In this video, Liam takes you through a mobility flow that he uses to start his day!
This flow lasts about 25 minutes and involves a comprehensive range of positions to loosen nearly every joint and muscle. Unlike many routines, there are no long, static holds. Liam keeps moving and explores each movement to encourage greataer range of motion and strength in each position.
It might seem like a lot! But do your best: the key is to follow as best you can and not to push yourself too far. There is such thing as "ego stretching" just as there is "ego lifting." It doesn't matter if it doesn't look like Liam's right away: and forcing yourself into difficult positions won't speed up your results. Just do what you can, have fun with it, and over time you'll be hitting these positions better and better. If you need to pause the video, that's good, too.
And, once you become advanced, you can adapt the sequence to fit your own specific needs. Enjoy!
