This female is very odd and the whole situation feels a bit off like I feel that there's a possibility that she had planned this already and always knew her phone was never stolen although I'm not confirming that to be the case since I am still not sure, either way she should at least get a few years behind bars for what she did bc even if she genuinely thought he stole it that doesn't give her the right to accuse him or come to that conclusion.
