I live in the States and I can’t wrap my head around planting frozen plants into frozen ground. I’m expanding my awareness of other ways to garden. Thank you💥

Too fun, the dedication of the cafe.  
Put some black plastic over that ground for a couple days ....and the sun will warm and thaw the ground to plant those bulbs.
