You remind me a lot of Grant Thompson, The King of Random
ОтветитьSo fascinating to watch and to be proud of, Thanks for sharing it
Ответитьang galing po
ОтветитьAng galing mo tlga hope sa sumobot den tutorial ka ng program hahaa
ОтветитьPLEASE DO DIY HUMIDIFIER PLEASE
ОтветитьPinoy ka pala lods 😁
ОтветитьIts crazy this channel started bc of instructables and grew so much
ОтветитьI'm watching this even if I don't know anything about electronics. At least I am learning something new.
ОтветитьDapat nag-aaral ako para sa CET at scholarship eh. Pero nag-eenjoy ako masyado sa mga video mo.
ОтветитьI hope I can be like you. 🙂
ОтветитьCan you make a DIY antenna for WiFi modem to boost wifi signal.. Thanks
ОтветитьSubscribe dahil nakita kita sa 24 oras. 👍👍👍👍👍💗
ОтветитьI don't know what this does😅 but this is very useful tutorial for some people that have knowledge about electronics 😁.
ОтветитьCan you do a web shooter
ОтветитьWow.. Good job!
New friend here
Saw you on tiktok. I'm still amazed with how'd you made BB8. So cool.. I followed you here, loved your DIY vids and tutorials about these engineering inventions.. So cool!
ОтветитьPlzz plzz plzz
TECHBUILDER tell if I can use l293d motor driver instead of yours in BB8 DROID video. plzz
Please make a video about converting a normal soldering iron to a soldering station
Ответитьthis guy is smart
ОтветитьWhen you will upload next video?
ОтветитьI watch every video with no plans on creating one lol.
Ответить👌👌👌
ОтветитьWhoa! Nice Idea, man! Subbed! :D Never thought it can be this painless!!!
ОтветитьGreat! 5 ☆ project. You have the PCB shaking, now make all these undesirable characters in the world "shake 'n drop" - and you will be an millionaire.
ОтветитьYou can add a resistor to the pot and limit it so you can't over speed the motor
ОтветитьYou are a freak of nature! Salute, bro!
ОтветитьDid you major in electrical engineering? I just found this channel a few days ago and love your videos! Thank you for these!
Ответитьhello what type of trays and sizes to buy please ?
ОтветитьHave you tried using Ammonium Persulphate as your etchant?
ОтветитьCOOL... 👍🏼
ОтветитьFerrichloride....recalling my memory of doing the PCB etching 30 years ago.... Will continue to watch your another great video on "DIY your own PCB."
ОтветитьVery simple but effective
Ответитьa 3d printable method that can carry more weight: a horizontally rotating disc with hills and valleys to push the upper tray (with a recieving plate on the bottom)
ОтветитьCan you make a version with an lcd that shows a timer that adjusts the intensity of the rocking mechanism?
ОтветитьThe shaker is a good idea, with minor modification, the etching process can be sped up further.
If you heat up the FeCl3 solution, the etching can be faster.
But there is a catch, if using minimum amount of solution, the hot solution quickly cools down when
the water evaporates during the shaking.
Now, if you put the PCB and the etching solution at 80 degree C in a zip-lock bag. Then place it on the shaker,
The etching process is fast and uses the minimum amount of FeCl3.
What I usually do is, take a zip-lock bag a bit bigger than the PCB. Then put a sugar cube of FeCl3 into the bag,
pour in small amount of hot boiling water, and then insert the PCB. Squeeze out excess air. Close the zip lock.
Put it flat on the shaker. The etching solution should be about 8mm thick.
When the shaker starts rocking, you will find the etching is much faster.
The FeCl3 after the etching will turn from yellowish brown to a green ferrous solution. If it is too yellow, that
means, there is too much FeCl3.

ОтветитьCan I use any value of rpm in geared motor?
ОтветитьHi ano po wire na ginamit nyo thabks po new sub here
ОтветитьCan you add a source of the "SPDT" (single pole double throw) switch. Most of the small panel SPDT rocker switches I find are either momentary or two position and the ones that resemble the video are larger than what you have shown in the video (however, I have some SPST rockers from a previous project that resemble what you are showing). Also do you have a wiring diagram for your shaker?
ОтветитьNice project . Maybe , instead of using a buck converter to reduce voltage to control the motor .
** another way would be to use a motor controller , only a few pounds on Ebay , and has same footprint as the buck converter.
( Also , to add ' bubbles ' and heat to aid etching time, )
[ ** I think both , buck converter and motor controller work as same principle ,
but , the motor controller has better control ]
I see you are not using gloves when touching PCB aren't you afraid of the contact of chemicals to the skin? With the known fact that PCB can cause cancer?
ОтветитьMaster of the tutorial strike again :)
ОтветитьNice, thanks ☺
ОтветитьAll these shakers, rockers, rollers, etc. (and I've made a few!) have the same problem, namely that the etchant in contact with the board still doesn't move. You need to physically move this away using a sponge or soft brush.
ОтветитьNice! Now try to make an all-in-one machine, which does every step for you (thatd be really cool)
Ответитьif you set the hinge on the left instead of the middle it's a much more rigid mechanism. Just increase the radius of the wheel and lower it so the middle of the wheel is where the container is horizontal. Then you have the same action
