Looking at dateline leak video I just dont see nothing earth changing to delay this court case from going forward. It's mostly nothing we all didn't already know except actual video of bryans car..we all known about his car being there by GPS and told about cameras. I think it's over reaction by defense to try and buy more time as expected by ann taylor. Judge should see this and push this case forward. No more delays for Ann Taylor!!

Victims family would not leak anything. A certain family member, always watches what they say, so they would not jeopardize the case as far as putting a gag order on the certain family member that is not going to happen. He will not let them keep him quiet🫢🙄

Dateline has damaged the case for Kohberger… very sad. Now it’s going to cost more money and getting the right jurors will be more difficult.

The defense would not have done this. Ann is smarter than that. It was law enforcement imo.

I was in the jury duty Wednesday and guess who had a hearing-Lindsay Clancy. The judge held us over for 3 pm to see if we were needed for jury duty and the bailiff came out late and said that the two cases went to bench trial. We were freed-ahhh so close to getting called for Lindsay Clancy’s case. 😢such a devastating case for the children and husband and families ❤so devastating.

I am a big fan of Chris. He reminds me of my dad. My dad taught us to think like a cop.

I do not believe the Prosecution leaked this. No way. It came from the defense in a move to try and get all trial info they don't want in thrown out and get a delayed trial. There would definitely be more leaks during this delay. And it would be proof of guilt getting thrown out.

IMO, there is reasonable doubt. Too, he has ASD, and whether or not people think this is a not a big deal in society today, it is.

The judge is going ahead with August trial date, heard that yesterday.

I wonder if the leaker or leakers to Dateline will be charged and revealed to the public or if the matter will be dealt with internally only. Seems likely that their names will have to be made public since this is so highly profile. Too bad the media decided to release this sensitive material that could harm the legal process. Wasn't it reported that CNN sat on the Cassie video for eight years before it released that???? Why? Who benefited? Who asked? Guess the media decides what is in its best interest or that of the people behind a 'Wizard of Oz" curtain when determining what to release wrong or right.
