In India, if you talk positively about India, there is an ecosystem that hates anything positive about India. They will start abusing you as Sanghi or Bhakta, or Gaumutra drinker .. They are probably Pakistani and Chinese pseudo-nationals, but they live in India. In India, you need to really hate your country, talk extremely negatively about India, and abuse India, especially when you go abroad. Call it a small country in front of China, then the Soros, left-Jihadi, and dynasty chamchas are very happy. They want India to see failure. So, we have two Indias, one which hates India's growth story, and they are the Bhakts of China. Those which believes in India's growth story and are later small in numbers. There is also Chinese funded strong media lobby (which actually exist globally) and they spread anti- India narrative, they doubt army, they doubt moon missions, they doubt GDP, they doubt local vaccines, they doubt surgical strikes. Their bosses sit abroad and these people on their payrol spread negativity.

Lucknow being a hub for a year doesn't mean it's doing more than bangalore for startups.

Don't see how that is 11% teturns in USD terms. If that was the case, foreign investors would be jumping over each other to invest in India. But they are NOT.
